Just a few things on ordering our winders and swifts

• If something shows out of stock, please contact us. Generally, this means that there is a 3-4 plus week wait,  they are in production.
• In stock orders are shipped in the order that they are received. Keep in mind that after receiving your order, your winder is put together, tested, then disassembled and packed for shipping.  This takes time.  Although most orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks.  It can take more, especially during holidays or show times.  Please email or check on the note above for order times.
• For orders out of the US, please email us for shipping charges. We will email you a paypal invoice.
• We include a shipping insurance option for these items.  Please make your choice when ordering.
• On long distance or large orders, we reserve the right to change shippers (usually to FedEx Ground)
